Learn simple hairstyling techniques for film and TV, including working with different curl types, protective styling methods, knotless braiding, and the basic kit a hair stylist needs.
Jeseca J Robinson has been a hairdresser for over 20 years. Since venturing into the world of film and TV, Jes has worked to become one of the few black hair and makeup artists in Wales. Her mission is to create diversity by upskilling hair and makeup artists in the industry, as well as giving an insight on how to best deal with textured hair and darker skin tones, so their clients and actors can be camera ready at all times.

Mae Jeseca J Robinson wedi bod yn trin gwallt ers dros 20 mlynedd. Ers iddi fentro i fyd ffilm a theledu, mae Jes wedi mynd ati i ddod yn un o’r ychydig o artistiaid gwallt a cholur du yng Nghymru. Ei nod yw creu amrywiaeth drwy wella sgiliau artistiaid gwallt a cholur yn y diwydiant, yn ogystal â thaflu goleuni ar y ffordd orau o weithio gyda gwallt â gwead a lliwiau croen tywyllach, er mwyn i’w cleientiaid a’u hactorion fod yn barod i wynebu’r camera bob amser.
